Arriendo habitaciones independientes con camas simples y dobles en una bella casona antigua en la calle Almirante Riveros ubicado 2 minutos caminando del metro Santa Isabel. Esta al borde de Providencia y Santiago Centro entre el Parque Bustamante y Vicuña Mackenna. El barrio es muy seguro y tiene aceso facil al transporte publico (incluyendo ciclovias). Estamos al lado de varios cafes, bares, teatros y restaurantes. La casa tiene 4 pisos con un patio en el primero y una terraza grande con vistas de Santiago en el cuarto piso. Quiero que los espacios comunes sirvan para crear una buena onda entre los compañeros. Hay 9 habitaciones libres en un rango de precios. Todos tienen ventanas grandes con mucha luz natural y vienen equipado con cama, escritorio y armario. El costo incluye los gastos comunes (WIFI, gas, telefono, luz, agua). Estoy buscando gente (principalmente estudiantes) extranjeros y chilenos que sean relajados y sociables para fomentar un buen ambiente en la casa.

I am renting rooms in a big, beautiful old house in the street Almirante Riveros located 2 minutes walking distance from the metro Santa Isabel. The house is on the border between Providencia y Santiago Centro between Parque Bustamante and the main street Vicuña Mackenna. The area is very safe and has easy access to public transport (including bike paths). We're right next to various cafes, bars, theatres and restaurants. The house itself has 4 stories with a shady patio on the first floor and a big terrace on the fourth with views of Santiago. I want the common spaces to be used to create a "buena onda" between the housemates. There are 9 free rooms in a range of prices. All rooms have big windows with lots of natural light and are furnished with bed, desk and closet. The cost includes all common bills (internet, phone, gas, electricity, water etc). I am looking for people (mainly students) both foreign and chilean who are laid back and sociable to create a good atmosphere in the house.
