Offering 2 rooms availables in a house in Las Condes avalaible since Aug 1st, It is in a very good and safe neighborhood and it takes only 8 minutes to get to the SUBWAY Hernando de Magallanes, preferably for foreign student, intern or worker.
Good location for: Sanhattan, Escuela Militar, Manquehue, Universidad del Desarrollo, Universidad de los Andes, Universidad Diego Portales, Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, Universidad Catolica, Universidad de Chile and others.
From there you can get everywhere including the city centre. Normally we have high demand for rooms, it is possible to schedule a video call and if you want to reserve a room in advance.
Other roomies are students and workers from Austria, Germany and Chile.
The house has six rooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, big living room and a big backyard, terrace and grill, WIFI , TV in the living (with Netflix, Disney, Star+, Prime Video and Youtube Premium) and washing is included.
