ROOM 1
The room with the best views of the harbour and the hills. This room is equipped with a queen size bed with sheets and pillows, two nightstands, a closet, a desk and a chair.
The price of Room 1 is 300.000 chilean pesos per month for 9 months. You are renting it just for one person, not a couple.
This room is available in 2026 from March 9th till December 9th.
ROOM 2 (AVAILABLE SINCE JULY 1ST)
A little but very comfy room with one single bed. It is equipped with a single size bed with sheets and pillows, a big shelf for clothes, a little desk, a chair and one nightstand.
The price of Room 2 is 275.000 chilean pesos per month for 9 months. Only for a single person.
This room is available in 2026 from July 1st till December 1st.
ROOM 3
The biggest room of the house. It's equipped with a queen size bed, a big closet, a desk and a chair, and two nightstands.
The price of Room 3 is 350.000 chilean pesos per month for 9 months. You are renting it just for one person, not a couple.
This room is available in 2026 from March 9th till December 9th.
You will rent one of these rooms in a big house and share the house with other 4 or 3 roommates.
The house has 800 MB Wi-Fi internet, a 4k tv with the streaming sites and a VPN, a washing machine, a big full equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, and an awesome terrace/balcony with a wonderful view of the Valparaiso's Bay and hills.
It's not in the touristy hills but is pretty close to them. The hill is known for the Lord Cochrane Museum, Cienfuegos stairs, Ascensor Cordillera and Ascensor San Agustín. Is located between Plaza Sotomayor and Plaza Echaurren, also there are a Santa Isabel supermarket and an Unimarc very close to home (with ATMs).
