Se arrienda habitación con cama de 2 plazas, cuenta con escritorio y closet, mucha luz y sol directo.
La casa está muy bien ubicada, inserta en el bello Barrio Italia está a pasos de cafés, restaurantes, boutiques, y pequeñas tiendas. Además la casa está a 3 minutos a pie de la estación de metro Santa Isabel, supermercados y ferias libres.
La casa recién remodelada tiene unos 300 metros cuadrados, cuenta con iluminación natural, una cocina grande y muy bien equipada. Tiene 3 baños completos más baño de visita y dispone de dos lavadoras grandes. Un amplio salón comedor y un patio con piscina.
Además la casa está amoblada con muy buen gusto.
En la casa viven chicas y chicos de diferentes nacionalidades, todos muy buena onda.
El precio incluye todas las cuentas básicas como electricidad, agua fría y caliente, gas e internet.

I’m renting a room in a beautiful, big and recently renovated house with double size bed, desk and wardrobe, and plenty direct sun light. The house is situated very well in the district Providencia, and very close to Santiago center, inserted in the beautiful neighborhood Barrio Italia right next to various cafes, bars, restaurants, theaters, and boutiques. The area is very safe and has easy access to public transportation and cycling paths. At only 3 minutes walking distance you find the metro station Santa Isabel, supermarkets and grocery markets.
The house itself has 2 floors, 11 rooms and a big backyard with swimming pool. The common spaces are big and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, sofas and television, everything furnished with good taste. There are 4 bathrooms (3 with toilets and showers and 1 with only a toilet), and 2 washing machines.
The people living in the house are students from different nationalities, all of them “buena onda”.
The rent includes all basic costs like electricity, cold/hot water, gas and internet.
