Si buscas TRANQUILIDAD y un espacio de CALIDAD, con todo resuelto y reglas muy claras, este es tu lugar. Baño privado con bañera, impuestos incluidos, 6 meses mínimos de estadía al precio publicado. Negociable por menos o mas tiempo.

MODALIDAD MIXTA: A un precio increible, estarás prácticamente viviendo solo o sola. Suelo ir muy pocas veces al año, y siempre me mantengo comunicada con mi roomie. Es casi lo mismo que alquilar solo, pero mucho más económico. Incluye el total de GASTOS COMUNES, INTERNET, LUZ, AGUA Y AGUA CALIENTE. El monto publicado es final, solo te harías cargo de tus gastos personales como tu comida, tus artículos de aseo tanto para tu baño y habitación como para los espacios compartidos, tus artículos de higiene personal, etc.

La UBICACIÓN es super CONECTADA (a pocas cuadras de metro Santa Isabel), SEGURA (al límite con PROVIDENCIA y a pocas cuadras de ÑUÑOA, sobre San Isidro) y TRANQUILA.

El edificio es NUEVO, es super lindo, acogedor y da a un patio interno verde. También es muy SEGURO (entrada con huella digital), rara vez se escuchan ruidos. 60m2. Cuenta con bodega para guardar cosas grandes, bajo supervisión mia (hay una sola llave).

El DEPARTAMENTO es en PLANTA BAJA con vistas a un jardin interno SUPER LINDO y relajante. Aislado del resto del edificio, con normas de seguridad rigurosas, disfrutarás de una tranquilidad inigualable.

TU HABITACIÓN es mediana, está AMUEBLADA, cuenta con closet 2 cuerpos, cajonera, escritorio, pequeña biblioteca, cama con cama de visitas, y mesita de noche. Si precisas una cochera, lo podemos revisar también pero solo para contratos a largo plazo, adicionando el precio de la cochera.

LOS ESPACIOS COMUNES son una cocina comedor con televisión y sillón, y con comedor completo para cuatro personas, y un pequeño balcón, también hay un usuario de netflix adicional (pero en la tele del living puedes poner tu propio netflix si asi lo deseas). Hay INTERNET ALTA VELOCIDAD (por si trabajas en casa) 600mb, heladera y lava-seca-ropas (casi no se necesita colgar ropa para secado).

Busco a una persona 100% CONFIABLE, ESTABLE y TRANQUILA. Si bien se alquila la habitación, la idea es compartir en igualdad de condiciones cuando estoy en Chile, y 100% para ti cuando no estoy (mi habitación queda cerrada con llave).

No me molestan las VISITAS, pero si me molesta el cigarrillo y los eventos de mas de 5 personas y con gente vomitando (todos podemos sentirnos mal, pero si traes visitas y vomitan por estar pasados en alcohol, este no es tu lugar). Otro punto importante es que si tus visitas rompen o se llevan cosas, necesariamente debes responder por ello y se descuenta de los meses de garantía cuando te vayas. Como cualquier convivencia, la LIMPIEZA está a cargo de todos. Si invitas a un amigo, debes limpiar y repasar los pisos y los espacios comunes. Si no te gusta mantener los espacios limpios y ordenados, o eres una persona descuidada, podría ser un problema en nuestra convivencia. Si me voy de viaje por varios meses, tengo una señora que revisa el estado de limpieza del departamento antes de que yo llegue, si está muy sucio ella limpiará y los gastos serán cargados a la persona que esté viviendo en ese momento.

En el edificio hay REGLAS estrictas contra gritos y ruidos molestos, (y hay multas para quiénes incumplan con reglas básicas de convivencia) pero igualmente tiene una SALA DE EVENTOS y QUINCHOS con asador que puedes alquilar. La PISCINA es grande y es gratis en temporada verano.

Si tienes un animal pequeño o un gatito que no se escape al jardín, que ya esté adiestrado para sus desechos y no sea destructivo, será bienvenido en mi hogar. Hay una camita para mascotas que feliz pueden usar. Es pequeña.

Pido dos meses de garantía, con facilidades de abono, totalmente conversable. Es mas que nada para garantizar el cuidado de los muebles y para organizarnos adecuadamente cuando decidas dejar el lugar. Lo que rompas o falte, se descuenta del dinero en garantía.

Nota: Si buscas priorizar gastar lo menos posible, y no tu comodidad o intimidad, claro que hay alternativas mas convenientes, económicas, incluso en las condes. Cuenta conmigo para consejos y tips :) Yo misma he pasado por esto y he pagado mucho mas, y he tenido buenas y malas experiencias. Todo es cuestión de perspectiva.

Peace of mind is priceless. The more roommates you have, the cheaper it will be but also the less peace of mind you will have.

If you are looking for TRANQUILITY and a QUALITY space, if you want to have all your rental expenses in a single monthly fixed amount and you want to be alone for long periods (since your partner travels often), this is your place. It will be much cheaper than renting alone, which is almost pretty difficult if you are not from Chile. You will have your own private bathroom with a bathtub.

The LOCATION is super CONNECTED (a few blocks from the Santa Isabel metro), SAFE (on the border with PROVIDENCIA and a few blocks from ÑUÑOA, on San Isidro), and QUIET.

The Chilean price includes common taxes and services among others. You would only take care of your personal expenses such as your food, your toiletries for both your bathroom and room as well as for shared spaces, your personal hygiene items, etc. The building is new, it's super cute, and cozy, and overlooks a green inner courtyard. The APARTMENT is on the FIRST FLOOR with views of a SUPER CUTE and relaxing internal garden. Isolated from the rest of the building, with rigorous security standards, you will enjoy unparalleled tranquility.

YOUR ROOM is medium-sized, it is furnished, it has a 3-body closet, a desk, a small library, a bed with a guest bed, and a bedside table.

THE COMMON SPACES are a kitchen dining room with a television and armchair, and with a complete dining room for four people, and a small balcony, there is also an additional Netflix user. There is 600MB of internet, a refrigerator, and washer-dryer-clothes (almost no need to hang clothes for drying).

I am looking for a 100% reliable, stable, and calm person. Although it is the room that is for rent, the idea is that you feel in your own house, on equal terms when I am in Chile and 100% for you when I am not (my room stays locked). Visitors are allowed, but I am allergic to cigarettes. If your visitors break or take things, you must necessarily answer for it. Parties are not allowed, but there are many options for you to rent inside the building. There are strict rules against shouting and annoying noise, but it also has an event room and barbecue areas that you can rent. The pool is large and is free in the summer season.

Since the apartment is mine, you don't have to worry about other contracts or anything like that either. The deal is direct with me.

I ask for a two-month guarantee, with payment facilities, to guarantee the care of the furniture and to organize ourselves properly when you decide to leave the place. If there are things that are broken or lost, they are deducted from the guaranteed money.

Like any coexistence, cleaning is in charge of everyone. If you invite a friend, you must clean and go over the floors and common spaces. If you do not like to keep spaces clean and tidy, or you are a careless person, it could be a problem in our coexistence.

TEMPORARY RENTALS:

Although the minimum stay is for 6 months, if you need less time we can agree on a price according to temporary rentals. I cannot rent it for less than two months.
