Busco roomie (Hombre) para compartir departamento. El dormitorio cuenta con cama de dos plazas y sus respectivas mesas de luz y un closet amplio ; para persona sola que trabaje; ideal mayor a 30 años, pero no es algo excluyente (todo es conversable). En espacioso y cómodo departamento de 180 metros cuadrados (Full equipado) cuatro dormitorios, tres baños completos, con Terraza de Verano, Terraza de Invierno, Living y Comedor Separados, Cocina espaciosa, loggia para el lavado de ropa. El edificio es de seis pisos tres departamentos por planta y este departamento está separado del resto de los vecinos por lo que es más independiente. He compartido el departamento con personas y amigos de diferentes países del mundo la mayoría de Europa y por un periodo largo de tiempo, evito la rotación de personas porque es agotador. Este lugar no es un hostal. Mi casa es tu casa por eso soy selectivo, todos debemos a estar a gusto compartiendo y también porque varias veces durante el año paso viajando, y por bastante tiempo, me interesa que todos tengamos un lugar tranquilo, seguro y cómodo donde podamos vivir. Me interesa formar un grupo de personas profesionales nacionales o extranjeros, idealmente que hayan tenido la experiencia de vivir en otros lugares ciudades o países y en la modalidad de compartir casa y que gusten de viajar ya que son personas con otra mentalidad. Me interesa una persona adulta, responsable con los pagos, limpia, ordenada, respetuosa del otro en su manera de ser, de sus cosas y de su espacio y que sepa compartir al mismo tiempo con quien viva. Aquí la buena onda es fundamental por tanto estoy en búsqueda de otro (a) de similares características, que busque el descanso; la tranquilidad y el relajo después del trabajo; sin ser aburrido ya que siempre existe algún momento del día o la semana para poder distraerse comiendo, bebiendo o solo conversando. El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación y privilegiado acceso al transporte público, está a tres minutos caminando de la estación de metro los leones línea 1 combinación con la línea 6, y a pasos de la Avenida Nueva Providencia y la Avenida 11 de Septiembre, conexión con la red de ciclo vías, cercano a Universidades, Gimnasios, Centro Comercial Costanera Center, Supermercados (Jumbo, Líder, Santa Isabel), Farmacias, Bancos, lugares de ocio y recreación como el Parque de las Esculturas, Pubs, restaurantes, cercano a lugares para realizar prácticas deportivas como el Cerro San Cristóbal y la Avenida Andrés Bello. El edificio cuenta con circuito cerrado de vigilancia, dos ascensores y conserjería. El valor incluye Internet wifie, Cable, Agua, Gas, Electricidad y los Gastos comunes del edificio, uso del equipamiento del departamento. I am looking for a roommate to share an apartment. The building has six stories and three apartments per floor. The apartment is separated from the rest of the neighbors, making it more independent. I have shared the apartment with people and friends from different countries, mostly from Europe and for long periods of time. I avoid rotations of people because it can be exhausting. To be sure, this place is not a hostel. My house is your house; that's why I am selective. Everyone needs to be comfortable sharing with each other and also because several times during the year I travel for quite some time, and so I am adamant that we all have a quiet, safe and comfortable place where we can live.
